 If you are looking for an excellent
restaurant, in a unique setting, with atmosphere -- look no
further.
 The Pen Cafe (simply called "The Pen" by those in the
know) is located in a part of the historic prison - the B.C.
Penitentiary. The owners, John and Kerry Klockow, have managed to
create an exquisite restaurant, but have kept some of the
atmosphere of the building with its turrets and walls that are
several feet thick.
| The Pen is sort of hidden in a quiet neighbourhood in New
Westminster, overlooking the Fraser River. Yet it is only a few
minutes away from the heart of the city. For our regular
